I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1-14 business days of processing time. Due to the unexpected issues we are currently facing, processing time may take up to 30 days in some cases.
*Of course, during that time frame, if your order still hasn't been processed, you can always contact us and request a refund and we will issue it immediately, no questions asked. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
All orders will be shipped via USPS, 4PX and Canada Post.

  • Average transit times to United Kingdom: 4 - 7 Business days*
  • Average transit times to Canada: 9 - 14 Business days*
  • Average transit times to Europe: 5 - 10 Business days*
  • Average transit times to New Zealand: 5 - 15 Business days*
  • Average transit times to Australia: 4 - 9 Business days*

* Due to the ongoing health crisis in the world, COVID-19 / Corona Virus, some customers are experiencing or will experience delays in shipping times.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

As a small company, we do not have a packaging center yet, but we are working hard on expanding. Our products are sent to our packaging partner in Asia, that redistributes your packages around the world. We would like to thank our customers for their patience and their understanding. 

All international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can contact us at info@Dimaary.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@Dimaary.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@Dimaary.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with double boxes, extra padding, and foam. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. Please, always refuse the package if you see damage on it and file a complaint with the courier directly! It will be re-shipped back to us and we will happily re-ship another one. If you do accept the package, we won't be able to help you.

    - A picture of the damaged package/product.
Once received at our office, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

While we process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, occasional customs inspections and carrier backlogs (particularly at major U.S. hubs such as Chicago, LAX, and JFK) may extend delivery times by around 30 business days. in this case a new package will be sent to replace the one that being held, We’ll keep you updated with real-time tracking and are always here to help if your package appears delayed.
